Orders are usually processed between 1–30 minutes.

If you ordered between 12:00am – 8:00am MST, processing can take up to 8+ hours. Please do not contact support during this window.

Outside of that, please be patient and do not contact support unless:

• It has been significantly longer than 30 minutes during normal hours, or
• It has been significantly longer than 8 hours for a late-night (12:00am – 8:00am MST) order.

No. Please do not contact us just to confirm. If your payment was successful, your order will be fulfilled.

Only reach out if there is a clear issue (wrong email, no access after a long delay, etc.).

We only accept the payment options shown at checkout. If you don’t see a method listed, it is not accepted.

After placing an order, a confirmation email is sent automatically.

VIP is structured as a one-time purchase for the access shown on the VIP page. You are not auto-billed monthly.

Because access is digital and instant, orders are generally non-refundable once delivered.

If there is a clear issue (duplicate charge, wrong product, no access), contact support and we’ll review it.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store full card details. Use a valid email so we can deliver access.

New content and creators are added regularly. VIP users automatically receive access to eligible new VIP drops according to the terms on the VIP page.
