1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AbgHub, including any VIP access, single album purchases, and other digital content or services offered on the site (collectively, the "Services").
By placing an order, creating an account, or accessing any VIP or album content on AbgHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Refund Policy set out below.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order or use the Services.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
To use certain features (including VIP access and viewing past orders), you may be required to create an AbgHub account using a valid email address and a secure password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to keep your login details confidential and not share them with others.
- You confirm that any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Services.
3. Orders, Pricing & Billing
AbgHub offers one-time purchase options, including VIP access and individual album drops. When you place an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount displayed at checkout.
- All prices are shown at checkout and may be updated or changed at any time.
- VIP access sold on AbgHub is a one-time purchase with no automatic rebills from AbgHub.
- Taxes, fees, and currency conversions (if any) are handled by the payment processor or your bank.
Once an order is submitted and payment is successfully processed, it is considered final, subject to the Refund Policy in Section 5.
4. Digital Access & Delivery
AbgHub provides digital content, including but not limited to VIP access areas and private links to album drops and related material. In most cases, access is granted automatically after a successful payment and account setup.
- VIP access: Once a qualifying VIP order is marked as completed in our system, your account will be able to access VIP-only content.
- Single album / drop purchases: Where offered, these are delivered digitally (for example via private links or pages) and are not shipped physically.
- Access to certain content may rely on third-party services (for example, external hosting or link-shortening sites).
Because the products are digital and access can be used immediately, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and suitable device to open the content or links provided.
5. Refund Policy
AbgHub sells digital content and private access. Once access is granted or content is delivered, it cannot be "returned" in the same way as a physical product. For this reason, our general policy is:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once digital access has been granted or content has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
However, we may review and assist with the following situations:
- Duplicate charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order, we will investigate and may reverse the duplicate charge.
- Technical delivery issues: If your payment shows as completed but your account does not receive the appropriate access, we will work with you to restore access to the product you purchased. If we are unable to provide access, we may issue a refund.
- Unauthorized payment: If you believe a payment was made fraudulently using your details, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately, and also notify us so we can review the account activity.
To request help with any of the situations above, you must contact AbgHub within a reasonable time frame and provide any information we reasonably request (for example, order ID, email used at checkout, and proof of the issue).
Please note that filing chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us may result in your AbgHub account and access being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
6. Acceptable Use & Account Rules
When you use AbgHub, you agree that:
- You will not share your login details or VIP access with other people.
- You will not resell, redistribute, or publicly repost private links or content obtained through AbgHub.
- You will not attempt to bypass any access controls, security, or restrictions on the site.
- You will not use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these rules or are abusing the Service.
7. Changes, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
AbgHub may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date on this page or provide a notice on the site. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to keep the site online and accessible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbgHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, digital content, or third-party links, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under the laws of your country or region that cannot be waived by contract.
