Most questions are answered instantly on our FAQ page — including order status, VIP access details, and common issues.

Order processing: Typically 1–30 minutes. Orders placed between 12:00am – 8:00am MST can take up to 8+ hours. This is normal and does not require support.

You do not need to send screenshots, receipts, or “proof” right after ordering. If there’s a real problem, we’ll ask for exactly what we need.
